Question: Are you going to list my house on the MLS or are you actually buying it?

Answer: I don't list houses on the MLS because I am not an agent. I am a professional house buyer and I will either fix up your house and then sell it again, find a buyer that can repair it or move in themselves, or fix then rent it out myself as part of my Springfield oriented rental portfolio.

Question: Will you give me a fair price?
